Dashboard backup and restore
Export a portable JSON file or validate and preview a backup before merging or replacing local records.
Backups include dashboard jobs, notes, documents, habits, and transactions. API keys are always excluded.
Application spreadsheet transfer
Move application rows between Refine.tools and a spreadsheet. Files are parsed and written only in this browser.

CSV includes application fields only. Timeline notes, documents, habits, and transactions remain in the versioned JSON backup.
Required columns: Job Title and Company. Familiar headings such as Role, Employer, Stage, Applied Date, and Follow-Up Date are recognized.
Delete local dashboard data
Remove all jobs, notes, saved documents, habits, and transactions from this browser. This cannot be undone without a backup.
