OpenAI API Key
Bring your own key to use the AI features unlimitedly. Your key is stored locally in your browser and sent directly to OpenAI via our proxy. It is never saved to our servers.

To keep this tool free and private, we don't charge a subscription. Using your own key means you pay OpenAI directly (usually pennies) and you own the data usage.
Data Portability
Since Refine.tools has no backend user accounts, your dashboard data (Kanban tracker, saved documents) is stored safely in your browser. Export it to back it up or move between devices.
