The product uses a local-first dashboard and ephemeral AI processing. User documents are not stored in a hosted resume database.

2. Dashboard data stays in browser storage.
3. AI submissions pass through Refine.tools server routes to OpenAI only to generate the requested output.
4. Submitted text, optional visitor keys, and generated output are not written to a Refine.tools application database.
5. The local log sanitizer does not upload raw logs.
